CANCELLATION

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Returns and exchanges are available on selected products only. Eligibility is mentioned on each product page.

Conditions for return:

- Item must be unused, unwashed and in original condition

- Original packaging and tags must be intact

- Return request must be raised within the return period shown on the product page

- Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged

- If pickup is unavailable at your location, self-shipment to our Khambhat office will be required

- Return/exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis

REFUND

We process refunds in the following cases:

- Product received is damaged, wrong or missing from a combo order

- Significant mismatch in quality, size, colour or design from what was shown

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product pickup, via the original payment method.
