- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

4. ORDERS

- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the product.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.

- Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

5. PAYMENT

- We accept COD (Cash on Delivery), UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking via Razorpay.

- All online payments are processed securely. J&J Gems does not store card details.

- COD orders may require a partial advance payment for verification.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- We ship across India and worldwide from Khambhat, Gujarat.

- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

- J&J Gems is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

- Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy available on our website.

- Customised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
